2017 "Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction" Training Series

Session 1: Mondays January 16 to March 6, 5:30 to 8:00 pm; Orientation: January 9; Retreat: February 26. This session is full.

Session 2: Fridays January 27 to March 17, 5:30 to 8:00 pm; Orientation: January 20; Retreat: March 5. This session is full.

Session 3: Mondays March 20 to May 8, 5:30 to 8:00 pm; Orientation: March 13; Retreat: April 30. This session is full.

Course Description:Learn how mindfulness of the present moment can allow you to deal more effectively with life and its challenges. Appreciate the benefits of responding skillfully rather than reactively to stress. This series includes a mandatory orientation followed by an eight-week course.
