Director of Medical Education Administration
Vonda directs the overall administration of the Office of Education by interpreting accreditation and credentialing requirements; including those from the ACGME, ABPN, LCME, YNHH, as well as University policies and procedures. She ensures that the Psychiatry Graduate Medical Education Program (Residency Program), the Medical Student Education Program, and the individual trainees are in compliance.
Jennifer M Dolan-Auten
Jennifer is the administrator with primary responsibility for overseeing the Medical Student Education Program, which includes the Psychiatry Clerkship and the Clinical Psychiatry Module. Jennifer is also responsible for overseeing the evaluation process for medical students, residents and faculty in the department.
Pat’s primary role is the administration of the Long Term Care Clinic. She also assists with the resident elective program and monitors duty hours and logbooks.
David is responsible for coordinating and completing a variety of administrative projects and tasks for the residency program. These include assisting residents in applying for medical licenses and visas, completing verifications for credentialing, and coordinating resident didactic lectures. David also plays a significant role in the recruitment process and orientation program for incoming residents.
Aimee coordinates and administers on a day to day basis the evaluation process for our residents and faculty. She also provides administrative support to the Program Director and Associate Program Directors.
